"The experience was wonderful - I felt a bit voyeuristic - eves dropping on an international conversation. It seemed as if I was tele-ported to the other side of the world UK, Canada, USA etc. It is encouraging to know that these important issues of work and life are challenging like-minded people across the globe.
As always the mark of an excellent seminar is not the questions answered but the questions raised: this was my experience. The seminar challenged me yet again to ponder on the mix of my life the time given to income producing activities and non-income producing. Somehow getting it right (if there is such a thing) needs constant tweaking. Your notion of 'integration' was very useful and invites me to get off the see-saw of my life, to stop trying to perform the impossible balancing act and instead see my life as a rich tapestry of experiences some income producing and others not but all needed and necessary.
